Hey guys, right now we are at war with a Virus that is ruining lives and bringing countries to its knees.

As many of us self isolate we are unable to use gym facilities. So we have to make do with what little we have. So for just £5 we are giving you an 8 week training programme.


This plan is from Adam Stevens PT and is using only bodyweight movements. However he has added video attachments so you can fully understand what to do and how to do it.

There is also a section giving you some more advice if you have some equipment to use to make the workouts even better!
